Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an incredibly well-known American performer and actress. The parents of Kristen Bell include Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier and both are television news directors. Her family was birthed in Huntington Woods Michigan. Her mother is Polish and her father German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen discovered her passion for entertainment as a young stage of her life. In 1992, Kristen was the first to go to an audition. The audition was for a part in Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell received an agent who was appointed by her mother prior to the age 13 and she was subsequently hired as a model on television and newspaper commercials. In addition to learning in private classes in acting, she launched her career at that time. Bell was in a role of minor importance without credit on the film Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School and was part of music and drama clubs. Bell was chosen to play the lead role of Dorothy in the school's play The Wizard of Oz. After graduating, Bell relocated in New York City to attend prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, where she was a musical theater student. Bell quit the school in 2001, and began playing Becky who is a character from Tom Sawyer. In 2001, she made her first credit debut playing the character of Becky Pootie Tang. The film was cut, however, her scene was cut from the film and she only appears as a credit. In 2002, Bell was on her first Broadway production of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
