Hallie Jackson
Hallie Jackson works as an American political reporter and analyst. She currently serves as the main NBC News White House correspondent'. She anchors several news shows on NBC Cable's 'MSNBC.' Her birthplace and upbringing was in Pennsylvania and completed her bachelor's in political science at the John Hopkins University. After being employed by a handful of television stations in Maryland, Delaware and Connecticut (affiliated with CBS), Jackson moved to 'Hearst Corporation', working from Washington DC covering all of their stations. In 2014, she transferred to NBC News in 2014, where she spent the following year at NBC Los Angeles. Her excellent reporting of different presidential campaigns, like the 2016 Presidential Elections, earned her the reputation as an avid political reporter. She's an extremely versatile and dedicated reporter. Her major assignments included covering the presidential race for senator Ted Cruz as well as interviewing key "GOP" contenders. Jackson was named chief White House reporter by NBC in 2017. Jackson is the wife of Douglas Hitchner, and she is the mother of two daughters.
