Sara Eisen

SaraSara Aliza Eisen (American television journalist) is currently working for CNBC. She is anchor of the channel's shows 'Squawk on the Street' and 'Closing Bell'. Although she's an Ohioan however, she was not interested in the world of markets or currency during the college years. While attending New York University, she did an internship with an online startup called ForexTV.com. The first time she worked with business news through this experience. The Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University gave her a master's degree in broadcast journalism. The work experience was for the duration of four months at Bloomberg TV, Hong Kong. After that, she returned to America and began her career in New York at Bloomberg. Later, she was promoted to TV anchor. In December 2013 she was employed by CNBC as an anchor. Before landing the job at "Closing Bell as a correspondent, she worked as a co-anchor on 'Worldwide Exchange and 'Power Lunch'. Eisen anchors 'Squawk On The Street since the year 2014. She is among the most revered business journalists of the present. Since joining CNBC, her primary concern has been the global news for consumers.
